Return Period:
Buyers have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the artwork.
Condition of Return:
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without damage, and using appropriate professional packaging to ensure its safe return.
Return Shipping:
All return shipping costs, including packaging, insurance, and any customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Authorization:
Before returning an artwork, the buyer must contact the studio to request return authorization and receive return instructions.
Refund Process:
Once the returned artwork has been received and its condition verified, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. A credit note will be provided to confirm the return process. Refunds are processed only after the artwork has safely arrived back at the studio.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made via PayPal, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
Exclusions:
Custom commissions, site-specific works, or works created under special agreement are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.
