“I live between two worlds — the one I built through precision, and the one I reclaimed through emotion: "dual hirathe" is where they meet.”

Step into a realm where artistry transcends the ordinary. "Dual Hirathe"  it is more than a title; it is my artistic identity — a compass for everything I create. “Hirathe” derives from hearth and heart, from warmth and origin, the intimate place where creation begins. “Dual” represents the coexistence of oppositesthe two worlds I inhabit: the structured, logical realm of leadership and the intuitive, sensorial world of art. Together, "Dual Hirathe" means the heart in duality — the living intersection where mind and matter, order and emotion, masculine and feminine, converge. The line becomes their mirror: a tension they can feel, a threshold they can cross, an invitation to inhabit the space between gravity and grace. The line is not just a visual element; it is the metaphor of my life. It’s the moment of transition — where control dissolves into creation.

Every series carries that same visual and emotional signature - the dual hirathe with the language of lines. Even when the palette changes, even when the gestures evolve, the lines remain — as frontiers, as bridges, as portals. They mark the space where opposites meet: logic and intuition, masculine and feminine, silence and sound, power and surrender.

How do you asses the artist’s technique in terms of colors, shapes, texture, and size, as well as used material, medium, and process?

“Sonia, your technique stands out for its strong focus on material and texture. Your use of raw surfaces adds depth to your paintings. Your approach is very organic, and the gesture is clearly visible. The large formats and contrasting colors, often dominated by neutral or deep tones, enhance the visual impact of your works. It is also noticeable that you treat the entire surface of the canvas in a balanced way, creating a sense of unity. Overall, this demonstrates a solid mastery of material and a coherence between gesture, texture, and color.”

How do you asses the artist’s technique in terms of colors, shapes, texture, and size, as well as used material, medium, and process?

How do you asses the artist’s technique in terms of colors, shapes, texture, and size, as well as used material, medium, and process?

“Hello Sonia
I think your art is strong, emotional and full of personal meaning. I can see that your journey from the tech world to the art world has changed you and your paintings reflect that beautifully.
For me your paintings are big, bold and full of movement. You use raw cotton and linen in a way that feels natural and honest. The colors, especially your use of blue are full of emotion and meaning. I notice you often use soft, round shapes that flow freely across the canvas. I love how you layer paint to create texture, which makes the artwork feel alive and deep. Your method of letting paint flow with gravity, layering slowly, and working with your hands shows a real connection to your process. It feels like you trust your instincts, which is a great strength!”
